Security Measures

Data Retention
- Beta-request and contact records are retained as needed for review, communication, and required business records.
- Photo, output, and log retention depends on the accepted beta workflow and providers disclosed before processing.
- Legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, and preservation requirements may extend retention.
AI Processing
If accepted into the headshot beta, your photos may be processed by Latent Lens and AI service providers to generate portraits. The workflow, providers, features, and processing time can change during product development.
Model training opt-out: Your photos may be used to train and improve our AI models as described in our Latent Lens Privacy Policy. You can object to inclusion in future training datasets by contacting us, subject to the limitations described in that policy.
LinkedIn Photo Analyzer Processing
If the analyzer is enabled and you choose Analyze, your browser encodes the selected image and uploads it to a Latent Lens API. The server forwards the image to OpenAI Vision and returns the resulting analysis. The image is therefore processed off-device and is not analyzed entirely in your browser.
Do not submit an image if you are not comfortable with that processing. Review the Privacy Policy and OpenAI's OpenAI Privacy Policy before using the analyzer.
Data Deletion
Request deletion anytime using the email address on our contact page. Timing and applicable exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy. Removal from active systems may depend on provider timing, backups, legal holds, and other applicable exceptions.
Infrastructure
We use cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. We apply access controls and other technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
