Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

This policy explains how refund requests are handled for a paid Latent Lens purchase. An early-access request form, when available, collects no payment, so there is no beta-request charge to refund. If a paid offer becomes available, the terms presented at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights will also apply.

2. Current Beta Access

When early-access beta requests are available, requesting participation requires no credit card or payment. Requests are reviewed individually, and submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance. Because the request itself is free, there is no beta-request payment to refund.

3. What Qualifies for a Refund

No paid Latent Lens offer is currently available, so there is no active product-specific eligibility window or download rule to publish. Before any future purchase, review the refund terms shown at checkout. Those terms must identify:

  • The time allowed to submit a request
  • What use or delivery events may affect eligibility
  • What information is required to review the request
  • Any redo or alternative remedy that may be offered

Applicable consumer rights and the terms agreed at purchase control if they conflict with this general explanation.

4. What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

Future checkout terms may limit a voluntary refund based on disclosed factors such as timing, completed delivery or use, fraud, abuse, or a material violation of the Terms of Service. No such factor overrides a mandatory right under applicable law.

Review the current Terms of Service and the checkout disclosure before authorizing a future purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through one of these methods:

When requesting a refund, include the email address associated with the purchase and enough information for us to locate and review the transaction.

6. How Long Do Refunds Take

If a future paid offer is published, the checkout will identify the seller or merchant of record and payment provider before purchase. No payment provider is currently published for an active Latent Lens checkout.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported. Review and settlement timing varies by payment provider, bank, card issuer, and jurisdiction.

7. Regional Consumer Rights

Consumers in the European Union may have a 14-day right to withdraw from certain distance contracts, but the start date, scope, and exceptions depend on the contract and applicable national law. Exceptions can include fully performed services, clearly personalized goods, and online digital content begun after the consumer expressly agrees and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right.

Swiss law does not provide a general statutory change-of-mind right for online purchases; a seller may offer a voluntary right subject to disclosed terms. Consumers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have different mandatory rights under local law.

A future checkout must state the seller, governing purchase terms, withdrawal information, and any applicable exceptions before payment. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, contact us using the methods described in Section 8 below.
